• Progress tracking and milestone visualization
• Personal reflection tools and prompts
• Data export capabilities for sharing with healthcare providers

What Empath.ai Does NOT Provide:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Crisis intervention or emergency support
• Licensed mental health counseling or therapy
• Medication management or prescriptions

Account Security:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use strong passwords and enable security features when available

Appropriate Use:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Provide accurate information about your therapy experience
• Respect other users' privacy and rights
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities:

• Attempting to breach security or access unauthorized areas
• Using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your Right to Terminate:

Effect of Termination:
